Christmas Swag making
What fun we had making Christmas swags headed by Hazel. There were Christmas tree branches everywhere but we came up with lovely swags to adorn our front doors.
Bedgebury Pinetum and Forest
Our Christmas outing to see the light trail at Bedgebury Pinetum. A lovely time was had by all. The moon was out. Cold but crystal clear night after a largely wet and windy day.

QUIZ NIGHT
Seasalter Cross held their annual quiz night led by quizmaster David Kemp. The winners were Tankerton Bay WI who were given the winners cup and prizes.
KSSX & Seasalter Cross WI Fund Raising BBQ
On August Bank Holiday, a fund raising BBQ with cake stall and raffle was held at the Oyster Pearl pub in Seasalter. The owner kindly approached us as she wanted to help raise money for the WI and also for the charity we are supporting this year, KSSX Air Ambulance.
Charity tea party – KSSX Air Ambulance
We had a lovely afternoon in Babs Ruck’s garden with wonderful cakes and pastries. We also had Pimms as well as tea and coffee. A market place stall and raffle also helped to raise money. We had two representatives from the Air Ambulance with us.
54th Birthday Party
This year we celebrated in the WI Hall as it was too inclement to have our BBQ. We still had sausages, baked potato and beans followed by ice cream. A Kent quiz was done which everyone enjoyed.
Bat & Trap
What a fine evening we had playing Bat & Trap at The Golden Lion. Reminding us of days when we used to play rounders. We managed to lose the ball twice but retrieved them from the shrubbery.
