Panto – Mother Goose
We will be going to the Panto as usual in January to see Mother Goose acted by the Lindley Players. Money needs to be collected in November in order to purchase the tickets early in December
November – social
We will be making a cork reindeer and a Christmas Tree. Please bring a glue gun with you if you have one.
Diner’s club
This is organised by Sandra who tries and finds new places for us to eat. It is held on the last Tuesday of the month. Menu choices are made at main meetings with a £10 CASH deposit.
Book Club
Meets monthly. Books are chosen by members and reviewed. Due to high demand, a second book club may be started. Keep an eye on the website for details.
WI Wanderers walking group
A walk is arranged monthly. Watch this space for latest details.
December’s main meeting
We will be making marzipan fruits or if you are not into marzipan, mini Christmas logs. Mulled wine will also be served
November’s Main Meeting: A Christmas Star
We will be making a Christmas Star decoration. Bring along tinsel, baubles and whatever you wish to adorn your star with. Oasis, frame and foliage will be provided.
Fabric pumpkin
Come and have a go at fabric pumpkins. You will require some stretchy material i.e. an old T shirt plus some stuffing. You can use an old pillow. Easy to make. Enjoy crafting with fellow ladies.
